On May 21st, at 5 PM, Fnac in Nice is hosting a meeting with Lieutenant Nicolas Barthe about his book “Engagรฉ,” created with writer and reporter Alexandre Kauffmann.
How does one become a soldier? Why does a twenty-three-year-old man, gifted in academics, a graduate of Nice-Sophia Antipolis University and Sciences Po, from a family with no ties to the military, decide one day to enlist?
