Improving this ranking helps increase Nice’s international visibility as a Congress City, with ICCA representing a reference tool for organizers of such events in the associative sector worldwide.
This valuable positioning for our destination was made possible through the mobilization of all tourism stakeholders: the Nice Tourist and Convention Office, the Palais Acropolis, and their partners.
In the field of hosting and business tourism, Christian Estrosi aims to enhance the attractiveness of the French Riviera and its hosting capabilities to become even more competitive. To this end, the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community plans to soon develop a large multipurpose infrastructure dedicated to business tourism and events, as part of Eco Vallée, the National Interest Operation in the Var plain.
This future facility will enable the development and promotion of the French Riviera, a region oriented towards innovation, thereby contributing to the new international positioning. This multipurpose facility, covering over 100,000 square meters, will be able to host large trade shows and congresses, concerts and performances, international competitions, and sporting events.
