To celebrate the opening of the Festival, the city of Nice will embrace the colors of Jazz with a grand parade throughout the city. The procession, featuring the Jazz In brass bands, RSAJ Band, and CMCA Jazz Band, will start at the Théâtre de Verdure and end at the Arènes de Cimiez. It’s a true takeover of the city for a cultural and popular celebration!
Route: Starting from the Promenade des Anglais (south lane at the level of Théâtre de Verdure), Avenue des Phocéens, Boulevard Jean-Jaurès, Boulevard Risso, Boulevard Carabacel, Avenue Desambrois, Boulevard de Cimiez. Finishing on Avenue du Monastère.
Jazz OFF program:
– A grand Jazz parade throughout the city
– Music markets (Cours Saleya, St Roch, Libération)
– Music concerts and animations in the afternoon
