The Nice Tourism and Convention Bureau was the organizer of the festive evening (fireworks and Prom Party) that enlivened the National Day on July 14th. This statement simply expresses one desire: To move forward!
Nice has just been struck at its heart, cowardly and gratuitously, by a barbaric and unspeakable act that left a very large number of victims and shattered destinies, on the Promenade des Anglais, on the evening of the national holiday.
Since this tragedy, we have received thousands of messages of love and support from all over the world, from anonymous individuals and professionals alike, telling us how much Nice remains in their hearts.
Each of these messages, each word has touched the hearts of the people of Nice, and each word makes us stronger, serving as a crutch to help us rise and continue to let this beautiful and welcoming city shine—a symbol of the French art of living.
