Nice selected by INSERM to develop a new digital tool for preventing distress

Latest News

Nice has been selected by INSERM (National Institute of Health and Medical Research) to lead the “Stop Blues” project starting next January and for a duration of 18 months. This is the first free mental e-health tool in France as part of connected health.

This new digital tool — an application and a website — primarily aims to encourage any adult experiencing psychological distress to seek help.

In Stop Blues, users will find information and concrete solutions regarding psychological distress, self-assessment tools, and a map of local help resources.

Stop Blues will complement the development of a mental health-friendly policy initiated in 2016 through the Local Mental Health Council.
