Laurent Gerra returns with an all-new show: new sketches, new parodies including “Ribery… also” which is already creating a buzz, new voices-new faces, he portrays Dutronc, Dassin, Philippe Manoeuvre with striking authenticity!
Laurent Gerra primarily wanted a grand show in the pure tradition of the music hall: he is accompanied by Fred Manoukian’s Big Band, 20 musicians on stage, with whom he feels “like a kid with a wonderful toy.” With his orchestra, he highlights songs: from tender tributes to the greats, Trenet, Salvador, Ferrat to caricatures of the young French scene, Delerm, Grand Corps Malade, and Benabar. The show doesn’t forget the politicians, the comedian’s favorite targets: the political scene as seen by Jack Lang, Jacques Chirac’s retirement, and of course, Nicolas Sarkozy, a continuously renewed source of inspiration. The Artist also scrutinizes the small screen, Bellemare, Drucker, and Patrick Sébastien with new songs always just as festive. A nod to his other passion, cinema, which makes us laugh with Jeanne Moreau, Galabru, and Luchini, the moving cinema of Brialy and his friends Belmondo or Delon.
Finally, Laurent Gerra doesn’t forget the voices that have become his classics, like Céline Dion expecting her twins or Johnny who has surprises in store for us!
