You might have already noticed it, the “The Voice Box” is located in your city, in Nice, at the Espace de Brumes in Albert 1er Garden. It’s another great opportunity to participate in the preparation of season 5 of The Voice.
After touring the new talents in the cities of Paris, Marseille, and Cannes, it is now Nice’s turn to host the “The Voice Box.” Present since Friday, September 18, the Box began its journey on August 28. However, its journey ends in Nice, so these are the last moments to rush in if you want to try your luck.
What is the “The Voice Box”?
It is an innovation compared to previous seasons, a traveling recording studio fully equipped. It’s set up in front of a one-way mirror (a mirror separating two adjacent rooms that reflects only a portion of the light to let the other part pass through), separating the candidates from a second room where a camera records their performances and sends the images to Shine France. This mobile studio measures 6 meters in length and 2.5 meters in height and was developed by TF1 in collaboration with Twitter.
If you stopped by yesterday, you might have noticed that there was no line or long wait, with just a few people there. But there’s a good reason for this; the production team chose to advertise this innovation very little to attract as many passionate individuals as possible who constantly search online and elsewhere for information. They also aimed to create a surprise in well-frequented locations of each visited city.
For anyone still hesitating, take your chance; you have until Sunday, September 20 at 7 PM to present yourself. If you do, you might even be greeted by Fanny Mendes, a former contestant from season 4 on Florent Pagny’s team.
They are expecting many of you…
