The Olive Festival is fast approaching. To honor this famous Mediterranean plant, the Agricultural Society has prepared a program full of entertainment for you.

In the form of oil, soap, or paste, its reputation is well established! Known for its many virtues, the olive tree will be honored on Monday, March 25. Organized by the Central Society of Agriculture (SCAH), the Olive Festival will take place at the Agricultural Palace in Nice, located at 113 Promenade des Anglais from 10 AM to 5 PM.ย

Numerous fun and entertaining activities centered around the olive tree await you. The program has been specially designed to educate, entertain, and celebrate the olive tree and its derivatives.

You can taste olive oil-based products on site and observe pruning demonstrations, essential for the health and productivity of the olive tree. The SCAH has also emphasized an olive market and other Mediterranean plants. You can discover artisan products inspired by the olive tree such as wooden objects, cosmetics, and much more.

Additionally, there will be exhibitions on AOP olive oil from Nice and Provence. Attention, curious visitors: conferences and expert advice on planting and maintaining the olive tree are also planned. For those with a sweet tooth, there will be a food truck to enjoy local delicacies. Finally, children can enjoy engaging activities throughout the day.
