The 27th edition of the exhibition for Co-owners, Property Managers, and Administrators of the French Riviera will take place on October 26 and 27 at the Palais Nikaia in Nice.
Solucop highlights expertise and innovation for housing on the French Riviera and offers solutions for co-properties. 110 stands will be available and will represent around forty professions to advise visitors.
The exhibition is open to professionals, who will be able to benefit from two training sessions. The first aims to raise awareness among real estate professionals about the use of artificial intelligence, and the second will enable professionals and co-owners to master the complexities of changing the use of a lot, both administratively and within their own co-property.
Diverse Conferences
This event is also open to the general public. Twelve conferences will be offered on topics such as co-owners, members and presidents of condominium councils, volunteer managers, etc. Attendees can participate in conferences on energy renovation in co-ownerships, how to insulate your home, or how to compare and choose the right insurance contract for your co-property.
For this edition, an outdoor space will be set up with activities on the themes of urban agriculture and composting organized by the City of Nice and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
3,500 visitors are expected for this upcoming edition.
Practical Information
The event takes place at Palais Nikaïa, Boulevard du Mercantour.
From Thursday, October 26th from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (open to real estate professionals from 9:00 AM upon presentation of your professional card), to Friday, October 27th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Accessible by tram, bus, and car with free parking available.
