This Tuesday starting at 10 am at the Sicou stadium in Ariane (at the top of the Tripode stadium), Niçoise cuisine will be in the spotlight with two workshops hosted by the Collectif Cuisine Niçoise.
Indeed, Framboise Deschamps (World Champion of Pan Bagnat 2017) will lead a Pan Bagnat workshop while Franck Viano (Winner of A Nearly Perfect Dinner) will conduct the Pan Fruchat session.
All of this production will then be served from 12:30 pm during the shared gardens’ festival lunch.
