In the context of developing its actions for a targeted and quality tourism offer, the Tourism Office (OTCN) has relaunched the “Cuisine Nissarde” label to highlight restaurateurs who respect traditional recipes, are committed to the heritage and history of Niçoise cuisine, and offer quality cuisine and hospitality.
The Niçoise table reflects the notion of well-being and respect for regional products, always accompanied by its famous Nice olive oil – holder of a PDO – and all the aromatic herbs. Establishments, recognizable by their plaque, hold the Niçoise label, ensuring the respect of tradition.
The “Cuisine Nissarde” labeling of local restaurants validates the criteria for establishments benefiting from this attribution.
