The Federation of the Socialist Party of Alpes-Maritimes is pleased with the decision of the Radical Left Party not to present a candidate in the 11th canton of Nice, as specified on the PRG 06 website on January 15.
This is a choice of reason and political responsibility. It will thus allow the agreement made for the 2011-2014 period (cantonal, legislative, municipal) between Patrick Mottard’s Gauche autrement and the Federation of the Socialist Party to be fully effective.
Socialist candidates will thus be supported in the 10th, 11th, 12th, and 14th cantons in Nice by general councilors Patrick and Dominique Mottard, who will, in return, receive unreserved support from the PS 06 in the 5th and 7th cantons.
