Noëlle Perna, an authentic woman from the south, is a phenomenon: generous, exuberant, and always funny, fierce but never cruel, she multiplies herself and skillfully plays Mado from the bird bar, of course, accompanied by a “Mesclun” of characters, each more unique and endearing than the last.
