Because the professional and social integration of young people is a major national priority, the New Year’s greetings presentation by the Community Local Mission will be an opportunity for its dynamic and lively President Dominique Estrosi-Sassone to outline the main orientations of the structure for this year 2013.
The different themes to be addressed are:
Access for young people to employment with the implementation of a structured service offer aimed at young people and businesses;
The dynamic initiated by the Local Mission around the business relationship: multiplying contacts with businesses, notably to develop apprenticeships and create synergy between employment actors in the area through partnerships with PLIE, Pôle Emploi, and Cap Emploi;
The Public Guidance Service: the MLC has the national label “Information and Guidance for All” and is therefore an integral part of this service;
Support for young people considered as “dropouts”: the MLC participates in tracking and support platforms thanks to the “National Interprofessional Agreement” arrangement;
The renewal of the 100 Chances 100 Employments operation in partnership with the Saint Gobain group;
Taking into account all the difficulties faced by young people in the context of their professional integration: mobility, financial security of career paths, health, etc.
