The Nice Center branch of the Community Local Mission Objective Youth Nice Côte d’Azur moved from its former offices at 21, Promenade du Paillon last December. It now has spacious and functional premises of 552 m2 consisting of offices and meeting rooms. These improved conditions better support its mission with young people: welcoming, informing, guiding, and assisting them toward employment.

8,462 young people assisted, including 3,436 newly registered in 2011
– 71% of the young people welcomed have a level equal to or lower than CAP-BEP;
– 32% of these young people live in a neighborhood classified as ZUS.
75,702 service actions in the areas of employment access, citizenship, training, housing, leisure, sports, culture, professional projects, and health, of which 63,431 service actions concern employment, training, and orientation (i.e., 84%).
More than 3,000 employment contracts were concluded in 2011. These benefited 2,262 young people.
The Community Local Mission Objective Youth Nice Côte d’Azur offers a range of services aimed at young people who have left the school system and are seeking professional integration. It supports them in resolving all the difficulties inherent in their social or professional integration and assists them in developing a project that will enable them to access employment, autonomy, and responsibility.
