In continuation of the “Outside the Walls” cultural actions, the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra will offer a free concert this Saturday at 5 p.m. on Saint-Roch Square.
Under the direction of Frédéric Deloche, the concert will open with the work The Hebrides by Félix Mendelssohn.
This will be followed by the Horn Concerto No. 1 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by Bruno Caulier, who will draw on his great virtuosity to meet this challenge.
The concert will conclude with Symphony No. 4 in A major, known as the Italian Symphony, by Félix Mendelssohn. This latter piece owes its name to the many landscapes and emotions the composer saw and felt during his journey beyond the Alps.
