OGC Nice: Dalbert’s departure is becoming more certain

Latest News

According to the Italian sports press, the different parties involved in the deal are now very close to reaching an agreement for the 23-year-old left-back to join Serie A.

The departure of Dalbert is thus becoming more certain, but the transfer fee agreed upon by the two clubs has not yet been disclosed. For several weeks now, the left-back from the French Riviera has wanted to join Inter Milan, who are courting him persistently.

The Gym intends to recoup at least 25 million euros from the transfer of the former Guimarรฃes player, whom they had recruited last year for 2 million.

In fact, it is a sum of 20 million euros that Inter Milan will pay. But that’s not all, as Nice will be entitled to numerous bonuses, including a resale percentage of around 20%.

Dalbert would become the most significant sale in the history of the Eagles, surpassing Nampalys Mendy and the 17 million euros paid by Leicester just a year ago.

The recent third-place finishers in Ligue 1 will then have about a month to find replacements for this crucial departure. The names of the Dutchman Sneijder and Nasri often come up as potential arrivals.
