The red and black club has indeed received the Orange prize, awarded since 1982 by journalists to the actor โwho has been able, during the year, to exchange and collaborate in the best way possible.โ All of this while achieving the feat of making a historically personal distinction collective.
“For the first time, it is not an individual who is being rewarded, but a club, OGC Nice, for the entirety of its work.”
In today’s France Foot columns, Patrick Sowden directly provides the keys to the prize awarded to the Gym.
A distinction “in the form of recognition” – according to Virginie Rossetti, director of communication – characterizing “a club like no other.”
This rewards the daily work provided, even in the smallest details, by all the club’s components to present the best possible image.
โIf Nice today has this image of an open, friendly club, it’s because it has remained open and friendly at all levels,โ explains the journalist.
โCommunication is also about the way of being on a daily basis, even in a simple hello,โ affirms President Rivรจre.
This award, granted two years after the Philippe-Sรฉguin prize which recognized OGC Nice’s civic engagement, comes at the end of a year that will forever be remembered in the mind of the club and the city.
