Even though the Dane is under contract until 2023, his club is allowing him to sign freely with another team, but only under two conditions: that the team does not play in England and that Leicester has found a replacement for him. On Tuesday, July 26, l’Équipe announced that the team has reached a contractual agreement with the keeper. Therefore, Leicester City needs to recruit his replacement for his transfer to the Côte d’Azur to take place.
