OGC Nice took advantage of the international break to open the doors of its training center to club subscribers.
More than 500 supporters showed up and were able to immerse themselves in the daily life of the Aiglons during exclusive one-hour tours organized in small groups.
All these enthusiasts were able to discover what many of them dreamed of seeing one day: the locker rooms and the gym where Dante’s teammates train all week.
The training center and its classrooms are also no longer a mystery to them. Finally, in the club’s press conference room, everyone could put themselves in the shoes of coach Vieira during his weekly press briefings. Not to mention stopping by the rooms that the Gym’s pros use during their training camps and the club’s terrace allowing them to observe all the training fields and its famous pétanque area.
A visit that delighted many supporters, like Philippe, who was thrilled to discover the new nest of the Aiglons: “This training center is already magnificent from the outside, but when you go inside, it’s even more impressive. We are far from the old facilities, you can really feel that OGC Nice has moved to a different level. In each room, you find a part of the club’s history, you find our DNA. Above all, you feel like part of the OGC Nice family.”
Organized in favor of the OGC Nice Endowment Fund, the registration fee was open, benefiting the club’s charitable structure. The Nice supporters were generous, and over €1,000 were collected.
Building on the success of this day, it is certain that the Gym will continue to offer unforgettable experiences like this one to all members of the OGC Nice family.
