Even though all Gym fans still remember last May’s lost final against Nantes, the Coupe de France is making its return.
Yesterday, the draw for the Coupe de France round of 64 was held. The Niรงois now know their opponent; they will travel to Auvergne to face Le Puy Foot 43, a team in the National league.
The match is scheduled for January 7th or 8th at the Stade Charles-Massot in Le Puy. On this occasion, OGC Nice will reunite with a former club member, Florent Balmont (2004-2008), who is currently the assistant coach for the Auvergne team.
