OGC Nice – UEFA Europa Conference League: Gym draws a Swiss club in the quarter-finals

Latest News

OGC Nice, the last French representative still in the running in the European Cup, will face one of the most popular Swiss clubs.

Having qualified this Thursday evening after a second victory against Sheriff Tiraspol (4-1 over the two matches), OGC Nice continues its European journey with the French flag.

Following the victory against the Moldovans, the Eaglets discovered their next opponents, and it’s the red and blue of FC Basel who were drawn. On this occasion, the Gym will encounter two former Nice players who play for the Swiss team: Andy Pelmard and Dan Ndoye.

The first of the two matches will take place in Switzerland on April 13, with the return at the Allianz Riviera scheduled for April 20. If they qualify, Didier Digard’s players will face the winner of the quarter-final between Lech Poznan and Fiorentina.
