Through its “Gym Solidaire” program, OGC Nice has once again committed itself to helping the most disadvantaged residents of Nice, in partnership with the City of Nice and its CCAS (Community Center for Social Action).
It was Alassane Pléa, a player for the club and sponsor of the “Gym Solidaire” program, who handed over a check for €6,000 to benefit the Alpes Maritimes Food Bank.
This sum was collected thanks to the union between the Gym and its supporters during the Nice-Metz match on December 2nd.
Over the past 7 years, €66,000 has been given to Inter-Secours Nice as part of this program. Additionally, after each match, more than 70 kilos of sandwiches are collected from the Allianz Riviera’s concession stands and redistributed to the Food Bank.
