Today, the OGC Nice women’s handball team traveled to Besançon to play the 21st day of the first handball division.
Two teams neck and neck in the overall standings of the Butagaz Energie league, with only a two-point difference. OGC Nice is ranked ninth, while Besançon Handball is eighth. At the start of the first half, Besançon leads the Nice team by the nose.

OGC Nice fails to make a difference
In the second half, the Aiglonnes fail to get back on track and fall further behind Besançon’s team. Within a few minutes, the girls gradually close the gap with a score of (28-22).
Unfortunately, Besançon keeps a lead over the Eagles and completely dominates the match from start to finish. With more than a ten-point difference, Besançon wins the match against OGC Nice with a score of (41-28). The Nice team has been struggling with defeats since the match against Chambray Touraine.
