The CAPRE 06 association, which opposes the EPA Plaine du Var plan and whose initiatives were dismissed by the ruling issued on June 22, 2018, by the Marseille Administrative Court of Appeal nullifying the judgment made in June 2017 by the Nice Administrative Court that had invalidated the PSO (strategic and operational plan) due to a lack of Natura 2000 impact studies, is not laying down its arms.
In a statement, the association announced “the possibility of taking the case to the Council of State in light of contentious elements in the appeal procedure.”
