Remembrance day of the liberation of Nice on the occasion of its 72nd anniversary with a commemorative route through the city.
On August 28, 1944, the day of the Liberation of Nice, 32 citizens of Nice fell under enemy fire and 280 were wounded in fierce street fighting.
On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of its Liberation by allied forces, a commemorative program allows the people of Nice to pay tribute to the civilian victims.

Created by Michel Goury, this booklet presents each resistant in the form of an identity sheet with copies of period documents, allowing the commemorative route to be extended beyond the ceremony.
