Benoit Kandel, First Deputy, will open the public conference on major risks presentation this Saturday at 7 p.m. at Garibaldi Square, on the occasion of the Open Day of the Civil and Citizen Reserve of the City of Nice.
Created on June 25, 2010, and composed of 89 volunteers, the Civil and Citizen Reserve of the City of Nice is responsible for ensuring support, assistance, and information to the population on major risks.
During this Open Day, which will be held on Saturday, June 22, starting at 10 a.m. at Garibaldi Square, the people of Nice will be made aware of the various actions of the Civil and Citizen Reserve of the City of Nice.
Several stands will be set up at Garibaldi Square: a tent where the actions of the reservists as well as the main major risks in our city will be presented, an educational space dedicated to children, the presentation of the mobile security command post, a recruitment stand, and also the recreation of an emergency shelter installation.
