“Senior Theater” complements the range of activities in the “Seniors in Action” program offered in the cultural field to all low-income seniors in the department.
A varied selection of comedies and historical creations by numerous local troupes and actors is performed every first Monday afternoon of each month at Salle Laure Ecard.
On Monday, the Antonin Artaud Company will present the play “Madame est morte” by Michel Heim, which was part of the programming at the Avignon OFF Festival. It is a comedy with the air of a historical farce that oscillates between the morals of the 17th century and those of our time. When the “Grande Mademoiselle” falls in love with a cadet from Gascony, King Louis XIV sees his interests compromised. Who will prevail?: love, intrigues, or reasons of state.
