This Monday, June 12 at 9 AM at Place Maccario, in the heart of the Pasteur neighborhood
Slam’Addict is an innovative project, combining the themes of health and culture, aimed at raising awareness among young people in the Pasteur neighborhood about the prevention of addictions that can disrupt their well-being and undermine their health.
Led by the City of Nice as part of the Atelier Santé Ville, in collaboration with the Rectorate and Nice’s social and educational actors, “Slam Addict” involved around twenty young people from the neighborhood, isolated, from 15 different nationalities. The project revolved around sessions on addiction awareness by a specialized association (CSAPA Emergence) and 8 slam writing sessions, a contemporary means of expression, conducted by the Slam Tribu collective.
Created from the work done by the students, the exhibition is composed of their poems and reflects the thoughts of these young people on addiction issues.
It will remain in place for a month at Place Maccario.
