The new University Laser Center in dermatology is now welcoming its patients.
It is the first national center of this magnitude, established in the public sector.
The Center is equipped with the latest generation lasers, offering a variety of treatments with numerous indications:
- vascular indications (port-wine stains, rosacea, leg telangiectasias, vascular malformations, cherry angiomas, etc.)

resurfacing, fine lines and other signs of skin photo-aging, scars, vitiligo grafts

warts, ingrown nails, treatment of certain benign skin tumors

treatment of pigmented lesions (brown spots, Ota nevus, pigmentary mosaicism, Becker’s nevus, etc.) and tattoos

vitiligo, psoriasis, localized alopecia, and certain cutaneous lymphomas

laser hair removal for all skin types.
The new lasers and related technologies (radiofrequency, ultrapulsed ultrasound, etc.) are continuously evaluated at the Laser Center, offering patients the opportunity to benefit from technical advancements as a priority.

As part of its missions, the University Hospital Center (CHU) of Nice provides training for future doctors. Post-graduate teachings are regularly organized by university professors specialized in dermatology.
Clinical research, particularly active in dermatology at the CHU of Nice, places the Laser Center at an international level.
