The situation communicated by the authorities:
Submersion wave: Orange alert maintained until midnight, even though a clear improvement has been observed since 9 PM.
Rainfall: On the coast, the expected accumulation is still around 70 to 80 mm for the storm episode at sea. Confirmation of the end of the yellow storm alert at 9 PM.
Confirmation of returning to yellow rainfall flood alert at 10 PM, then green alert at 3 AM.
Wind: The south-west wind is weakening with gusts around 30 km/h. Confirmation of yellow weather alert until 9 PM, then switching to green alert.
Traffic: Closure of the north and south roadway of Quai des รtats-Unis to the port.
The south roadway of the Promenade des Anglais, from Phoenix Park to the port, remains closed.
Reopening will be staggered, depending on the alert level and the maintenance of the roads by metropolitan services.
The Liautaud tunnel (Paillon tunnel) remains closed until further notice, as well as the penetration until the Jumeaux bridge.
Collection and cleanliness: Waste collection will exceptionally take place after 10 PM.
50 cleaning agents and the Rapid Clean Action Force (FRAP) are mobilized from 10 PM and throughout the night to clean and clear the roadways, notably the south roadway of the Promenade des Anglais and Quai des รtats-Unis.
