Paralympic Sport: Benjamin Landier, a Successful Comeback

Latest News

After years of absence, Benjamin Landier, the multi-titled cyclist from Anices, returns to the top of the podium!

At the French championships, he won a double gold medal in the Master category.

The 71km road race took place in an industrial area with many tight turns and accelerations… with a large peloton of 70 riders of all disabilities on classic bikes.

After missing the breakaway for the win, he won the sprint of the second group and finished 6th overall and in first position in the Master category (over 40 years).

The time trial took place on a magnificent course with long straight lines but also a significant amount of elevation gain, totaling 24 km.

He achieved a very satisfactory result: 4th overall and French Master champion again.

His comment is flattering: “I also received a warm welcome from the community, which honestly made me very happy, so we forget the bad times, the wheel turns, and not just on a bike.”
