As part of their study, the Communication BTS from Parc Impérial High School has unveiled its 2018 calendar.
At Parc Impérial High School, the conference room decorated with large posters of the calendar photos is slowly filling up. For three years now, the higher education management of this institution has been inviting its partners to thank them for their support, providing an opportunity for students to present their calendar and also to meet professionals.
For the 29th edition, the students have chosen to pay tribute to the heritage of the Alpes-Maritimes. Titled “my 06,” the calendar allows the students in charge of this project to show their vision of the region. From Niçoise cuisine, youth, fauna and flora, to arts and crafts… It “takes on different creative forms, beyond the clichés often associated with a Côte d’Azur that’s too little known,” explains a statement.
Camille Colombo, project manager, and her team are proud to present their work, its evolution, and the final product. One after another, the students explain the reasons behind the image details. For the month of January, for example, they highlight the pan bagnat, a typically Niçoise recipe, by representing it as a flying saucer.
Supported by the department, the calendar can be displayed in 46 spots of the display network and will also be available on its website and social media.
30th calendar for 2019
“I am pleased to pass the torch to the new team,” said Camille Colombo with joy. For this 30th calendar, the team of the following class has already chosen its theme “societal, current, and important to us.” It will revolve around climate change “with the values that we defend.”
