On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Promenade du Paillon, the City of Nice is organizing a major photography contest highlighting the beauty and tranquility of the Promenade du Paillon, running until midnight on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
With your head in the clouds or your feet in the water… The thousand and one facets of the Promenade du Paillon will thus be showcased!
At the end of the contest, four prizes will be awarded: three prizes by a jury composed of professional photographers, artists, and elected officials of the City of Nice, and a “Coup de cลur” prize will be awarded by internet users. The results will be announced in February 2014.

The selection criteria for the works are as follows:
– Work on light, artistic aspect, and/or originality;
– Relevance of the photo to the contest theme: Promenade du Paillon.
