The autonomous district of Abidjan, twinned with Nice since 2013, sought the expertise of the Metropolis as well as its technical skills to develop a diagnosis and a comprehensive strategy for monitoring and reducing air pollution.
Indeed, the services of the Nice Cรดte d’Azur Metropolis have gained recognized experience over more than ten years, working closely with the Air PACA association, which is approved by the State for air quality monitoring.
The autonomous district of Abidjan has indeed requested assistance from the Nice Cรดte d’Azur Metropolis regarding air quality, specifying that it has no measurement and monitoring network.
The equipment package includes four air quality analyzers that are functional for conducting fine measurements, as well as an urban pollution trend monitoring sensor.
