What changes?

The era of the payroll slip in the mailbox is over, where the most methodical meticulously filed them in a binder. Now we move to the digital age, with the ENSAP (Secure Digital Space for Public Agents), accessible 24/7 using any digital tool (PC, smartphone, tablet).

โ€œThe Department is proud to take a new step in its dematerialization policy for more efficient management, in line with its SMART Deal and GREEN Deal policies,โ€ said Charles Ange Ginรฉsy. By using ENSAP to digitize their payroll slips, the Alpes-Maritimes becomes the first local authority in France to use it and will be able to benefit from several advantages. Savings on costs, paper, mailing, processing, or even postage.

A choice largely influenced by the current ecological context and the implementation of the digital innovation policy, as Charles Ange Ginรฉsy recalls. โ€œThere are probably thousands of tons of paper that will be saved. Itโ€™s the beginning of a long process where the slips will be kept for 75 years. Iโ€™ll let you imagine the savings.โ€
