When will the payments take place?
- The allocation of the inflation allowance occurs in three stages. Initially, scholarship students will receive the financial aid on December 13. For scholarship students who are not dependent on CROUS, the aid is paid by the academic institution. For students who worked in October, the allowance is transferred by the employer.
- The self-employed should receive the allowance starting December 20. It will be paid by URSSAF or by agricultural social mutuality funds.
- For private sector employees, the financial aid is paid with the December payroll.
- Job seekers, public agents, and non-scholarship students should receive the bonus in January 2022.
- For retirees, the financial aid will be received in February 2022 by the pension funds.
Are any procedures necessary?
- In most cases, no action is required. However, people with multiple employment contracts or with a special status should consult their employer, who will inform them of the steps to follow.
