On Sunday, the Sousta hall in Peillon will be filled with the delightful aroma of Niçoise cuisine with a cooking competition that will take place in three parts, including a live segment. A feast for the eyes and taste buds awaits.
If you are lovers of Niçoise cuisine and wish to participate in the Petit Chef Peillonais cooking competition, all you need to do is come to Peillon this Sunday with your best pissaladière and your best Swiss chard pie to compete against the dozens of candidates already at the starting line.
For the bravest, a live Pan Bagnat challenge will be offered, where candidates must choose their ingredients and then prepare the famous Niçoise recipe, found throughout France and around the world, in 15 minutes.
Ultimately, it will be the jury composed of Aurelie Bertotto (Ça Pâtisserie), Thomas Millo (Auberge de la Madonne), and Franck Viano (Niçoise Cuisine Project at UNESCO) who will decide the best creations before a delicious lunch break and a dance gathering that will begin at 1:30 PM.
So, join us this Sunday in Peillon for a day dedicated to indulgence, pleasure, and friendship!
