The Covid-19 booster vaccination campaign has been open in France for people over 60 years old since April 7. Immunocompromised patients or those suffering from certain pathologies are also eligible.
It will therefore not be three, but four doses required for the most vulnerable.
While a slight resurgence of the epidemic is being felt in France, the fourth booster dose has been available since March 12 for those over 80 years old, the immunocompromised, and those with pathologies.
In Nice, Christian Estrosi presented the measures implemented to protect and support the most vulnerable: two vaccination centers are active, at 10 rue Hancy and 22 quai Lunel.
In the department, 77% of the population is vaccinated, and the positivity rate stands at 25%.
