-I am a candidate with my deputy for the 12th district of Nice.
We both live and work nearby in this district that we know well in all its diversity.
Hayat Hilal-Béchar, my deputy, is a lively and courageous young woman, a professional accountant.
As a former Municipal Councilor, I have held various positions of responsibility in relation to the General Council: first as an Administrator, then as Director of hospital-based medical-social institutions, followed by a position in Management staff at the district’s college.
I am a man of the field, endowed with a certain capacity for action, but also an ordinary citizen, and I often notice, like you, that some things do not change.
I am involved in implementing a different conception of politics, less ideological but more attentive and at the service of the citizen. Coming from a family of high-ranking military officers (my grandfather was Aide-de-camp to Marshal Lyautey), I have inherited a sense of ethical rigor and the necessity of respecting rules and people. Even though this district has undergone significant changes, they have too little impacted our daily lives with an intolerable increase in taxation.
We must stop funding actions that have no effect and strengthen those that are useful!
-The main objectives of my project:
Establishment of a mini-bus service that will cover the entire Liseron ascent and restoration of public lighting
Development of the Villefranche Hill roundabout
Development of play and meeting spaces for young people
Strengthening of daycare places for young children and low-income elderly people
Creating a professional integration and support system for people without any qualifications
Strengthening structures that effectively combat school exclusion and absenteeism
Opening or rehabilitating spaces for residential parking
