The residents of the Arson Garden neighborhood, Place des Cigalusa, and the streets of Scaliéro and Orestis are complaining about the presence of groups of young people who provoke locals, consume alcohol and drugs, vandalize communal areas of buildings, and cause intolerable disturbances for the neighborhood.
Despite numerous operations conducted by the City of Nice and arrests made by the national and municipal police, these young people maintain their presence at this site.
To preserve public tranquility in the area, the municipality will promptly initiate the closure of the site from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Unanimously, the property managers and shopkeepers have given a favorable opinion on the project.
