For the 8th year, the feast of the port will take place. This Saturday, the theme “Journey Through Time” promises to trace the history of the port.
The key word: family-oriented.
From 7 PM on Saturday, you can enjoy the activities planned to satisfy all ages. A 10-minute film recounting the history from 1860 to the present day will be shown repeatedly on large screens.
For your entertainment, more than 400 people are working. A year was needed to prepare this evening.
A Spectacle for the Eyes
The program includes water skiing, kayak demonstrations, performances by graffiti artists, and much more. Children will enjoy fun games with painting workshops, mosaics, and inflatable structures.
An introduction to the Segway (self-balancing vehicle) will be open to all.
At 10:30 PM you can admire the fireworks display.
A Delight for the Taste Buds
Ten great chefs, including some Michelin-starred and other best craftsmen in France, will offer you a total of 6,000 dishes.
The chefs’ village will host: Serge Serain, Christian and Thomas Millo, Marc Laville, Jacques Rolancy, Didier Anies, Christian Plumail, Jean-Denis Rieubland, Michel Devilliers, Benjamin Bruno, and Pascal Lac. A dish will cost you 5 euros.
Also present will be winemakers from the Bellet wines.
A Treat for the Ears
Concerts will take place to launch artists from the region.
Afterwards, four stages will offer different styles of music for you to dance to.
