Created by the visual artists of the OSCARR Association, students from applied arts classes at Léonard de Vinci High School in Antibes and Henri Matisse High School in Vence, 60 mailboxes will be installed throughout the department to receive love letters and poems from romantics or those expressing solidarity from February 14 to March 14, 2010.
The launch of this unique cultural initiative in France will take place at Place Garibaldi on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 2 pm: a giant Love mailbox designed by Nice’s diacosmie will be inaugurated!
On this occasion, be surprised by artists from all walks of life:
Two lyrical singers will stroll under the arcades of Place Garibaldi in the movement of dancers from the Coalescence company.
Actors from various generations will lend their voices to read Love poems. Their voices will be supported by the sensitive strings of double bassist Merakhaazan.
Not to mention the presence of a fairy equipped with a magic Love wand…
