- Let us recall that in 2010/2011, the department had 50,269 students spread across 90 public and private institutions.
With 9 projects completed for the start of the school year and 7 still under construction, the General Council is doing everything possible to provide students and teaching staff with a quality living environment and optimal working conditions, essential factors for a successful education.
The development of sports activities, improvement of school catering by promoting collaboration with local organic production sectors, international openness by encouraging European partnerships, and the deployment of educational multimedia are some of the new initiatives included in the program of actions undertaken by the General Council as part of its educational missions.
As well as the measures continued this year, notably in terms of educational and civic actions, or even academic assistance and support.
