A quality and anti-fraud service was created on July 4, 2011, within the General Council to ensure a balance between the rights and duties of the 21,275 R.S.A. beneficiaries under the Department’s responsibility.
16 agents, divided into 3 sections, are responsible for rights control, quality of pathways, and fraud detection and treatment, in close partnership with the Family Allowances Fund of Alpes-Maritimes.
Since the creation of this service, the number of cases processed has significantly increased, rising from 6 cases per month to 23.
To date, 10 lawsuits for fraud have already been filed.
