Édouard Philippe, the Prime Minister, is visiting the Côte d’Azur this Wednesday. He is accompanying his Minister of Territorial Cohesion and Relations with Local Authorities, Jacqueline Gourault, on the occasion of the 30th national convention of the Assembly of French Communities (AdCF).
