The Community Local Mission “Objective Youth Nice Cรดte d’Azur” and the Saint-Gobain group are launching the second edition of the “100 Chances, 100 Jobs Nice” program and will, in this context, sign the partnership agreement with the Territorial Syndical Chamber Cรดte d’Azur of the UIMM (Union of Industries and Metallurgy Trades).
The founding principle of the “100 Chances, 100 Jobs” program is the struggle for equal opportunities. Through a solid partnership between various stakeholders โ local authorities, private companies, associations, etc. โ the program aims to support 100 young people aged 16 to 25, who are little or not qualified and come from Sensitive Urban Zones (ZUS), towards sustainable employment over three years.
In the Nice Cรดte d’Azur territory, 39 young people have already benefited from this support during the first edition, and 46 companies or business networks have committed alongside the Local Mission and Saint-Gobain to mentor these young people.
On the occasion of the launch of the second edition, young people and company representatives will share their commitment and experience.
