The ADAM association (Homework Help and Moulins Animation), in collaboration with the Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community, Veolia, the National Police, and the Principal of Jules Romains Middle School, Mr. Vallée, have decided to organize an informational and awareness campaign for middle school students on the proper use of the vélobleu.
To raise awareness among young people and their families about the proper use of this mode of transportation and the dangers and risks involved in unlawful use, thematic workshops will be conducted for the 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade classes at Jules Romains Middle School, led respectively by Veolia, the National Police, and the ADAM association.
The workshops will proceed as follows:
Workshop 1 – Veolia: Proper use of the vélobleu: renting, using, returning to stations. Distribution of informational leaflets…
Workshop 2 – National Police: reminder of the law, risks involved (complaints, receipt of stolen goods, liabilities for damage, fines…)
Workshop 3 – ADAM: discussions with the students following the previous workshops.
Subsequently, further actions on this theme will be undertaken by ADAM and other partners with families and young users.
The Nice Côte d’Azur Urban Community supports these actions within the framework of the Urban Social Cohesion Contract.
