nicecentre.jpg Residents will have the opportunity to get informed, express their views on this project, and respond to a questionnaire in various ways: by mail, at local service centers, online, at the Project House, etc.

The goal of this second consultation is to gather the opinions and expectations of residents regarding the pedestrianization project of rue d’Italie, the future of the Notre-Dame square and its parking area, the renewal of Colonel Jeanpierre square, and more broadly, public facilities and local services in the neighborhood.

Initiated in partnership with the State, ANRU, Anah, the General Council, the PACA Region, and the CDC, the urban requalification program “Notre-Dame/Vernier/Thiers” aims to: eliminate substandard housing, combat energy poverty, bring vacant housing back to the market, restructure local businesses and public spaces, and develop the offer of facilities and services.

This comprehensive project represents an investment of more than 73 million euros aimed at beautifying and improving the living environment of Nice’s city center.
