“Thus the Metropolis will consult the population on the choice of trees, whereas on the route of the line and its semi-buried nature, it has shown total denial of democracy.
No consultation has taken place on the current metro-tram project, its route, and its tunnel. Only a public inquiry, made mandatory by law, was organized during the end-of-year holidays in 2011.
